Factory & Warehouse DemolitionFrom site assessment to metal recovery.
PMR undertakes factory, warehouse and commercial demolition work with our own team. Start with an assessment of your site, the structures involved and the metal to be recovered.
A practical approach
Define the job before work begins
A factory clearance or warehouse demolition needs a clear scope. We discuss whether the project involves equipment removal, metal structures, a partial dismantling or a wider demolition. Site access, neighbouring operations, timing and the condition of the structures all inform the plan and quote.
- Factory and warehouse demolition enquiries
- Commercial site dismantling and metal recovery
- Redundant plant, equipment and structural metal
- Projects for owners, agents, councils and auction businesses

Before you arrange the job
What we need to know
Provide the address, site photographs, approximate building or equipment size and your target timing. Tell us about occupancy, access restrictions, connected services and any known hazardous materials. Access, isolation, approvals and specialist requirements are established for the agreed scope before work proceeds.
Service area
Officer, Pakenham & beyond
We assess larger demolition projects across Victoria. Local scrap collections remain within a normal 50 km radius of Officer. A demolition enquiry is reviewed individually; it is not booked as an ordinary scrap pickup.

Your questions answered
Factory & Warehouse Demolition FAQs
Do you carry out the work yourselves?
Yes, PMR has its own team for demolition and metal recovery. We establish the scope and any specialist requirements during assessment.
Can you quote without inspecting the site?
Photos and details help us understand the job, but a site assessment may be necessary before we can give a firm scope and quote.
Can you work with an agent or auction business?
Yes. We welcome enquiries from authorised property representatives, councils and auction businesses. Please identify the site contact and the scope of your authority.
