Shipping and local pickup
PMR Auto Parts supplies used auto parts from Officer, Victoria, with Australia-wide shipping subject to the item and delivery location.
Shipping charges
Delivery charges are displayed at checkout where a rate is available. Engines, gearboxes, panels and other bulky parts may require a separate freight quote. If checkout does not provide an appropriate shipping option, contact us before ordering. A missing shipping rate does not mean delivery is free.
Dispatch and delivery estimates
Timing depends on whether a part is already removed and ready to pack, its size, and the delivery destination. Contact us before ordering to confirm the dispatch and delivery estimate for your item, particularly for parts still fitted to a donor vehicle or pallet freight. Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed dates. If your order is delayed, contact us for an update and available options. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights.
Bulky freight
Please provide the delivery suburb and postcode when requesting a quote, and tell us whether the address is residential or commercial and whether unloading equipment is available. We will confirm the freight arrangement and price before you accept the quote. Do not assume a heavy item can be unloaded by hand.
Local pickup
Pickup is available from 66 Officer South Road, Officer VIC 3809. Contact us to confirm availability and that your part is ready before travelling. Published business hours are Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm.
Delivery issues
Check your delivery details carefully. If an item arrives damaged, is incorrect or does not arrive as expected, contact us promptly with your order details and photos where practical. Keep packaging if it may help assess transport damage. We will assist with the carrier and provide any remedy required under Australian Consumer Law.
Returns
Our Returns and refunds policy is available at https://pmrautoparts.com.au/policies/refund-policy. The 3-day voluntary return window does not limit rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
